Our church electoral roll is our list of all who belong to the congregation of our village church - worshipping regularly with us and finding ways to contribute to our common life and Christian witness. |

Being on the electoral roll records our membership of the Church of England nationally and entitles us to take part in nominating and electing our own Church Council and representatives to area Church Synods - or, if we wish, to stand for election to them ourselves. |
|
In our church we encourage all Electoral Roll members to share fully in our life together - witnessing to our faith, giving generously and finding some Christian service. Members support and encourage each other in our everyday lives as Christians - at home, school, college and work. |

Requirements for electoral roll membership - as issued by the Church of England nationally - are that we must ...

The roll is intended to represent those actively involved in the life of our local church and is revised annually. Every six years a completely new roll is compiled - everyone having to reapply. |

Note: as required by the Data Protection Act details of membership of our Electoral Roll will only be used for the purpose for which they are given and within the requirements of the Church of England's regulations governing the use and display of electoral rolls. |
